Cancel a subscription

You can stop a Yovid subscription yourself at any time, without contacting anyone. Cancelling switches off renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for. Checked on 24 October 2026.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Billing and choose Cancel Subscription.
2. Review the list of benefits that end with the plan, along with the date your access lasts until. If you are on Premium with an active Seedance window, the dialog also shows the last day you can use it.
3. Pick a reason if you want to (it is optional) and continue. On some monthly plans Yovid may offer a lower price for your next few renewals, or a pause of one to three months, instead; you can accept one or keep cancelling.
4. Confirm. You will see "Auto-renewal stopped" together with the date your membership remains active until.

Want to undo it? Before that date, return to Settings → Billing and choose Resume Subscription.

Before and after your paid date

Neither unlimited window pauses or gets extended because of a cancellation.

Purchases with nothing to cancel

Credit packs never renew. Plans bought with WeChat Pay or Alipay cover a single billing period and also do not renew. In both cases there is nothing to switch off: it all simply runs out at the end of the period or when the credits expire.

Refunds

Refunds only apply to a new purchase (a first subscription payment, an upgrade or a credit pack), and only when both are true:

• you ask within 3 days of buying, and
• you have not spent a single credit from that purchase.

Up to 4% of the amount plus US$1.50 is kept back from an approved refund to cover payment fees. Renewal charges cannot be refunded, even if the new credits are untouched. For a Premium purchase that includes the Seedance window, no videos may have been generated on the account since the purchase, including free ones.

To ask, email [email protected] from your account address with the subject Refund Request, your order number, the purchase date and the amount. An approved refund removes the remaining credits and any unlimited window that came with that purchase. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank: a chargeback can lead to the account being suspended. Full terms are in the refund policy.

FAQ

Where is the cancel button?

Open Settings, go to Billing and choose Cancel Subscription. The dialog lists what the plan gives you today, asks for an optional reason, and then confirms the date your plan runs until.

Will my plan stop the moment I cancel?

No. Cancelling turns off auto-renewal. Your plan, its discount, parallel jobs and queue stay in place until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing further is charged.

Do my remaining credits disappear?

No. Credits already on your account stay until their own expiry date; subscription credits run for 30 days after they arrive, so use them before then.

Can I change my mind?

Yes, as long as the paid period has not ended. Go back to Settings, Billing and choose Resume Subscription to keep the plan renewing.

Will cancelling refund this month?

Not by itself. A new purchase can be refunded only if you ask within 3 days and you have not spent any of its credits; up to 4% plus US$1.50 in payment fees is deducted. Renewal charges are never refundable, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next one.
